Spell – Introduce Two New Guitarists

Spell – Introduce Two New Guitarists

Canadians Spell are pleased to introduce two new members in their ranks – Gabriel Tenebre will take over guitars and synthesizers while Jeff Black position of a second guitarist.

Comments the band on Gabriel Tenebre: “Those of you who have seen Spell recently have probably noticed that we are not a two-piece band. We would like to formally introduce Gabriel and welcome them as a permanent member! Gabriel plays guitar and synthesizer and performed all of the keyboards you hear on our Tragic Magic album. Gabriel is a brilliant composer, and you can also hear their work in synth pop act Black Magique and post punk group Girlfriends and Boyfriends. Please give Gabriel a warm welcome!”

About Jeff Black, the band says: “We’d like to introduce the fourth and final permanent member of Spell the one and only Jeff Black! Jeff is a virtuoso on multiple instruments and the best pal a guy could ask for. We’ve had a blast playing around the world with Jeff over the past year, and you’ll hear Jeff on future Spell releases. Jeff is also the mastermind behind the currently-exploding power metal space-force Glyph & epic heavy metal mainstay Gatekeeper, as well as the melodic dungeon synth project Encloaked. Jeff is also a member of Gravesword , and you can hear his work as a producer/engineer on dozens of great releases every year! He’s also a fantastic music teacher – the guy keeps busy!

“Worth noting that Jeff will not be joining us on our upcoming euro tour due to prior commitments, but his (large) boots will be filled by a very worthy shred wizard (announced soon) and also we do have one final secret Spell release coming up very soon that does not include Jeff, before you’ll hear him on our future music. Please give Jeff a warm welcome to the band!”
